WorksOver Consent and Geotech report

We would like to build a deck (and possibly an ABOVE GROUND pool) over our backyard, but as it has pipes and a manhole, need a Works Over consent. So we need a structural engineer for this. The wastewater pipes are 300mm and 375mm so are transmission lines so will probably need a Geotech report. We are getting quotes for CCTV report as well. Timing: ASAP, as we would like to attach this consent application to a current application presently with council for bathroom works.
