We have had a conditional offer accepted on a property but our building inspector has picked up several signs of movement in the foundations, retaining walls and deck (the property is on a 5% slope and the LIM states risks of unstable soil). We would like a structural engineer to review and assess the risk (is it old vs new/ongoing etc) and advise on possible remediation actions (what to do, roughly how much it will costs etc). Keen for support on this asap if someone in available.
