I need building plans(engineering, geotech) done for an underground bunker/room ready to lodge straight to council. I require the plans to be done before Xmas. There is no rock or water table to be concerned with. It is a simple rectangle room approx 13m x 5m. there will be a small toilet/bathroom/shower protruding from one end where SS and Waste water are easily assessable. it will be parallel to an existing swimming pool which was inserted into a 2.5m deep hole(approx 12m x 4m) about 5 years ago. So its just going into a big hole which will have a ceiling which will be covered over so building completely underground with one access/entry door(bulletproof maybe..haha) Just in the front yard so not near any building foundations, pipes. cables etc. A clean cut, simple rectangle shape. so architecturally simple I'm guessing but need the engineering and geotech done. I have all the soil types etc from the pool cut plans. So its easily doable. I have been told by Resource Consent expert 1)do plans 2) If more than 2m cut do water table test with Engineers and Geotech report 3)Lodge with Council I require someone who can get moving on the plans immediately (at the soonest) so I can get lodged by Xmas. If anyone has done an underground room already which has already been consented to that would be great and maybe an advantage. Maybe we could use existing plans or I could purchase them off you. Whatever I need these done. It could be fun. I can/will pay an upfront deposit to get it moving. Any queries you can call me on --- . Thanks Gavin
