6 unit development currently under construction, due to be complete mid January. Please quote on: Land Transfer Plan / s223 Application: Including (but not limited to): Receive instructions. Calculate relevant survey and boundary information. Visit the site and look for old survey marks and establish control onsite. Survey fix any new building structures / access to confirm boundary alignments and new easements, peg boundaries and generate new land transfer (LT) plan. Prepare and lodge s223 application to Council and then lodge all survey information with LINZ for final approval. S224C Application: Including (but not limited to): Receive final compliance certificates and lodge an application to Auckland Council for the final completion certificate under s224c of the RMA.
