Looking for a structural engineer/builder that could undertake a site visit to provide some design options and advise of costs for removal of a structural wall. House is a single level unit. See photo for floor plan which indicates the wall we are looking at removing, along with photos in the roof of the trusses. Roof is concrete tile.
