Engineer to provide site notes/observation

Did major renovations from --- for which I need site notes for the framing on the ground floor for load bearing walls. The project management team didn't ask the engineer at the time to come around and provide site notes. CCC assessors notes below: 15. As per the inspectors comment in couple of framing inspections “Stud spacings on ground floor loadbearing walls need to be at 400 centre to centre as ceiling height 2490mm”. Please provide confirmation that this issue was resolved. Provide site observation notes from the engineer and Producer statement construction (PS3) from the builder confirming the construction of studs as per NZS 3604 and approved plans. Builder has already provided PS3 that he has constructed studs as per NZS 3604 and approved plans so just need an engineers site notes on this. Construction of studs is as per councils recommendations. Just need an engineer to sign it off. Let me know of your cost. I have pictures of before and after adding of studs.
