Geotech to resolve water seeping for underground in to the house.

I have a basement area in my house that seems to seep in water, from under the ground when there is heavy rain fall. I need to get this fixed. Would like to get this issue sorted the proper way. So looking for someone who cang give the solution and advise, then have it done.
