We are seeking an efficient and responsive surveyor with excellent knowledge of the unitary plan for a 2 lot subdivision around two existing dwellings in the suburban zone. We have already had a pre application meeting with Auckland council and we are clear on drainage and planning rules for this application. Site plan available.
