Mark the boundary - one corner only

I had survey of my property done a while back and a boundary mark was placed at that time. However Auckland city contractors removed the mark when they were widening the footpath. Now my neighbour and I want to build the fence and need that mark to know how to line up the posts. I still have the original survey Autocad file available if this is of any help to keep the cost down.
