I've just built a new house on a crosslease (undivided half share) at 5A Tait St. I am looking at selling it and need the flat plan update to be ready for the sale. I'd like to get that done ASAP (though I know the full process takes time). Best to contact me online initially since I struggle to take calls during the day due to the nature of my work.

I was very pleased with everything Matt did to arrange the update of our flat plan after building on a cross lease site. He kept me in the loop at all stages of the process.
