Request for Quote - Geo Tech Report

Hi ,we are wanting to request a Geo Tech report for the development on a new dwelling on 34 Cornwall Rd, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025. Could we please get a quote on this job and lead time estimate. Couple of notes: - This development will be 2 houses until one title so no sub division required - There is a small ex storm water stream which is on the rear of the property, we have got confirmation from the council that a esplanade reserve is not required but 10m riparian margin will be, we are wanting to slightly infringe within this 10m set back attached is current survey if you have any questions please let me know look forward to hearing from you Thanks!
