I am about to put my 2 bed rental unit (residential) on the market and there’s some slumping ground on one side of the section, in a shared area, not really near the ‘70s era concrete block unit (4 units in total) with a concrete driveway of the same age in which there are visible cracks so the real estate agent is concerned buyers could be put off therefore I’m keen to get an assessment and report to address this upfront and offer prospective buyers information about the (literal) lay of the land?
