Engineering/draughting plans for structural work for a basement

We recently had an extension done, but halfway through we had to also redo the foundations of one wall of our old villa in order to finish that job. Now we need to finish the foundations of other 3 walls as well as adding under-floor rafters and piling etc. The area is about 4 metres by 9. We need draughting and engineering drawings to be done in order to submit our job to council for a building permit.

This review is just for the draughting plans Ambika was to submit to council. I can't comment on engineering work as after 14 months we have still not received any. The coversheet was from another job entirely. All the elevations were just images from the site information I gave her at the start of the job and were irrelevant as regards the brief. The plans and detailing she did do were basic and lacking any real detail as to the specifics of the site and there was much information missing.
