Turou Centre

Our community owns a very old villa in Grey Lynn which has been used as a community centre. We have recently found part of the house has rotten walls and due to its age, we are wanting to ascertain how sound it is structurally. This will give us an idea whether to sell it as is or look to renovate it. The emphasis is whether its sound or is need of repiling etc.
