Retaining Wall Repair / Subsidence under flat

I have a small dwelling close to a retaining wall. The retaining wall is in need of either maintenance or replacement as there is some subsidence under the plinth which flat rests on. I would like a geologist to assess, document and explain what work is required to bring the retaining wall and grounding under flat back up to required standard.
