I have prepared drawings for modifications of a 2 car width carport to a single car carport necessitating a 1m high timber retaining wall with the adjacent concrete slab at the top of the wall, being the carport floor. I now need to apply for Council building consent for which I am sure they will ask for design calculations.

Extent of design work was carried out as anticipated without any problems with either communication (being by e-mail) or miss understanding of requirements. Would certainly consider if any more design calculations were needed.
