New Survey

Hi there, I have recently renovated a cross leased property and changed the external deck on my house. This is the only change to the external footprint. The old deck used to run along the north and eastern face of the house. The new deck now runs longer along the north face and has been deleted on the Eastern side. The Eastern side now has a set of stairs. stairs. I need the section surveyed and a varied flats plan to show the new deck so that my solicitor can alter the cross lease title.
