Land surveying Otahuhu

We need our boundary marked out properly and also we have a large amount of land within our fenceline not owned by anyone, we want this surveyed to figure out the whole size of section. We are needing to get a geotech person to examine the soil outside of our boundary lines to see if it is as a result of accretion. So need the boundary marked out properly.
