Seperate Title Conversion from Cross Lease

We have a property in a cross lease title for 71 Walmsley Rd Otahuhu. We are not experts in this subject matter and not aware process is involved apart from knowing our neighbour who is a surveyor who will assist in the below: 1. Scheme plan (DONE) 2.Topographical plan (DONE) 3. My neighbours contact details so they can talk to her about any additional survey information they may require or if they need the digital ACAD file of the topographical survey. She is happy for them to liaise directly with her or through me, whichever is easiest. It would be worth mentioning to them that she will be preparing the cadastral plans and she can talk to them about when they require these.
