Surveyor for sub-division plus new builds x 2

I am wanting engage a surveyor for a project I am starting in about 3 weeks, I want to find someone as early as possible so you have time to enter all the details in before we are ready to go. Job is in Mt Albert Road, it consists of sub-dividing one section into two, I will need various things done along the way but initially it will be confirming the boundary pegs and the location of some retaining. Have full files available, looking for someone that has time for this around mid to end of October.
