land measure -Blockhouse Bay

Council require that the paved impermeable surfaces and building coverage is not over 60% of the property area. I share the land with my neighbour, I am looking for somebody who can measure the 2 houses + long drive way + concrete area in front of my neighbour house, provide a calculation to determine what area is remaining to meet this limit. And also mark the border between my neighbour and mine. Thank you
