Structual Enginner report for council

A hole is being cut for a new staircase through a first floor concrete floor. A quick visual site inspection needs to take place, showing that no structural beams will be cut through which would weaken the building. A minor report needs to be written up showing this , which then has to be submitted to council. Parking available on site.
