Advise on load bearing wall removal

We have a 1960's bungalow in it's original configuration with a separate Kitchen, Lounge and Dining room. We are planning on putting a new kitchen in and want to remove two internal walls that we believe are load bearing. I need a Structural Engineer to advise on what will be required be done in terms of additional beams etc. We would also like advise on what would need to be done to support a second level on the house. We have the original plans for the house available.
