Boundary Survey required

Hi We are about to undertake a major renovation on our home. Our property consists of 2 'parcels' of land with a limited title. Our renovations involve us going as close as possible to the existing fence line to be within the limits of height to boundary requirements. We would like to be sure that the boundary is correct and not face issues at a later date when one of the neighbours decides to get the boundaries redefined. We are after a quote to complete the full process and getting a new title issued by LINZ. Will provide address details once contact has been made. Cheers
