Our neighbours built a second home on their property and dug out the ground and put in a retaining wall that is over 2 metres high on our boundary. Over the last 5 years our concrete on our driveway has dropped and cracked. When the contractor removed the concrete on our driveway the other day he noticed a hole in the ground under the concrete, which drew him to thinking that there was a problem with the retaining wall. The driveway has been there for over 45 years and never had a problem before (my parents built our home). We need a report made please with an assessment of what has happened (we are thinking the retaining wall has not been compacted properly behind the retaining wall?), what will happen if not rectified and how this can be rectified. We do not want our property adversely affected anymore than it already has. Thank you.

"The Geotech Report was comprehensively completed on time. Shahram is a very competent, qualified and helpful Geotechnical Engineer and answered any questions we had promptly. We would recommend Shahram. We are still undertaking negotiations with neighbours, so have not used Shahram at this stage to undertake any further work."
