Our company requires a Quantity Surveyor To scope a current project We require the following to be completed Cost planning of project from inception to complete construction costs are Cost planning delivery of the project without compromising quality of design, reliability, performance or goals. Cost estimating, advice and control through all design stages from concept to completed design Evaluation of design and/or material alternatives to identify the most cost effective options Optimism value for money Risk identification, analysis and management Build ability advice and cost break down of the selected project Cash flow forecasting and analysis of the project Full plans will be supplied and a quote for the above application will need to provided
