Hi, I am a first home buyer and I intend to buy a property at 234A Hillsborough. The property LIM shows it is marked out as unstable/ suspected ground. Ideal to note is that the entire area on that side of Hillsborough road seems to be marked out. Need to understand if this is only for a new build, or this is applicable to existing structures as well, and if I need to get a Geotechnical inspection done at site. If needed, then I would need an estimate to make a decision.
