Geotechnical assessment of ground around apartment

Hi I am considering buying an apartment. The online qv valuation of the apartment states that the ground area it is built in (whitaker place) is possible high risk for landslide. I would like a geotechnical opinion on the qv valuation comment - what it means and whether it is a concern. Plus potentially a geotechnical assessment of the area. The apartment was build in 2006 and is surrounded by other apartments in the area. Many Thanks Elsa Taylor
