We are looking for someone to either rebuild or repair our existing exterior stairs and add a railing along one side of the stairwell. We are open to a variety of materials (tile, concrete, or wood) as long as the finished product complements the rest of the house. I am attaching a rendering of one possible option for the new stairs.
