Replacing rotten stair treads and ballustrades

This block of six flats is about 50 years old and needs some timber replacing. The external stair treads (on steel frames), and deck balustrades all need replacing. Timber should be treated pine. Happy for you to quote to paint the timber as well, if this interests you.

Rebuild Porch Stairs

Porch stairs had to be dismantled when concrete driveway underneath was replaced. Looking for a cost estimate to restore them. Hoping the old pieces can be put back together replacing anything damaged/unusable, but the height of the concrete may have changed so may need starting fresh.

New External / Outdoor Staircase [Due Sept 27]
