Which meant extra work for him. He negotiated a minimum extra cost which was fair and reasonable. He cleaned the area around the excavation and asked me to visit the site for my approval. Wow, What can I say. These guys are brilliant!! We had some ugly repairs to the exterior of our plaster clad walls and we wanted to have them rendered so you couldn't tell the difference. When I posted this job I didn't think it was possible, but these guys have done such a good job it is literally impossible to tell the difference now. Thank you so much Charles...
