Internal gutter - needs to be patched ASAP as it has rusted through and needs to be replaced. Additionally, the existing substrate beneath the galvanised guttering does not fall correctly to the downpipe, leaving ponding in some areas which need to be corrected. Alcove joins bedroom to garage. Water has leaked from top of roof, under the roof-cap, into the room, gib breaking up, Another leak is showing around skylight, but I think the water's again running from the roof-cap. A two-metre length of wall will need to be rebuilt.Read more

We have a wood burner which we want to remove, and after the chimney pipe comes out there will be a hole in the steel roof that needs to be repaired, and small holes from the supports. So we would like someone who can pull out the chimney pipe from the roof (we can detach from the wood burner) and either patch the holes, or put a new sheet on that run - whichever will be best to ensure no leaks in the future.
