Installation of Overflows for internal gutter

We require some overflows to be installed to our internal guttering system, to stop water coming into our house. We have internal guttering, Taylor/Fascia and with all the heavy rain lately the gutters can’t handle the rain and water is not escaping from the gutter quick enough to let water drain and then it is coming back into the house. Looking for a cost effective way to add overflows to the one problem area. There are also two upper downpipes that need redirecting. Thanks Gemma
