Spouting inspection and repair
Job description
Two storey house in Hobsonville where it appears that some of our guttering is loose, as it makes a rattling noise in the wind. I believe the spouting is metal not PVC, but as our house is approx 5.7M high so there's no practical or safe way for me to inspect myself, so I'm looking for someone who might be able to come out and check it out, and recommend a course of action if repairs etc. are required. Affected gutter appears to be in the left corner of the house in the attached picture.

Quick to respond and despite some difficulty with English not being their first language Logan was able to explain in person what was causing the problem and how he would fix it to someone like me who isn't well versed in building practices. Price was agreed up front and seemed perfectly reasonable. My only comment would be, if English isn't your first language (and you're not Chinese) then it might be a struggle to communicate in person. Written communication was perfect however.
