Repairing a room impacted by heavy rain
Job description
Hi there, We are after a company that can manage the repair of one of our rooms. Parts of the roof has rusted, and with the heavy rainfall in recent months our ceiling is starting to swell. The company would need to be able to repair the roof outside and ceiling indoors. I assume there might be insulation in between that would need to be swapped out too. If the budget allows, we may also look to replace the carpet in the room. The floor is a bit squeaky, so not sure if it needs replacing too. The last part would be to move the door leading outside to the other side of the room. Again, this would be optional if we can afford it. Please indicate if your company would be able to do the job in its entirety. We would be looking for someone to come out to our property to scope out the work needed along with materials that need to be purchased in order for us to know what we can proceed with based on our budget. Thank you!

Ian and the team have been top class, we’re so glad we went with Everlong and even happier with the work conducted. Our room was in need of some serious repairs, and they just went above and beyond, even as far as making sure our cats were safe and repairing other issues outside of the scope of work all without any additional costs. The work was done ahead of schedule and communications along the way have been second to none. Will be contacting the team again for future home projects.
