Spouting repair and verandah one roof sheet, flashing and down pipe install
Job description
1. Storm damage repair to main house: - Remove and replace 125 Colorsteel spouting on and including all necessary brackets corners rainwater outlets 15 lm on Western side of the house - Will require scaffolding for a two storey home up to West and South elevations. Sloped ground to West elevation. 2. Verandah project (near complete): - Install new 125 Coloursteel spouting (6m) and downpipe (7m) - Install one polyurethane roofing sheet on verandah roof (4.8m length). - Install one polyurethane roofing apron flashing to main house. Verandah is on second floor of house. Polyurethane roofing sheet and flashing and screws provided by owner)

Mike did guttering and roofing work (new and repairs) for us and his work was of an excellent standard. Mike is also a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be our first preference for similar work we want done in the future. Thank you Mike!
