Repair / Replacement of Butynol roofing

On the roof upper area (right above the master bedroom) has aging flat butynol installed. it appears there have been water ingress issues and water has seeped into the ceiling above the bedroom. We are after someone to quote to either make sure the existing roof area is watertight and/or replace it with a new roofing membrane, Eg: Viking Roofspec Enviroclad. Access to the roof is easily available from an internal balcony. (see photo)
