The Great Re roofing that aint going to make you rich

Old house (1950,s) needs re roofing with the cheapest corrugated iron. 8x8 metres,gutters are copper so they stay.Bit of flashing around chimney. Not fussy about timing but sometime before i die of old age,and im not far off

This job needs to be started after Oct 30th (when we take ownership) and must be completed by mid-November. Will have builder available to support if necessary. Labour potentially available to help remove tiles. Will supply concrete skip also.

Patio roof gutter

I have a roof over my patio which flows off to a plastic grate in the ground. I’m now extending the concrete of my patio but don’t want the plastic grate in the concrete so I want a gutter put on the roof. There is an existing pipe in the ground which goes to a soak hole so the down pipe can be connected to that existing outlet pipe. Length of guttering is about 6.2 metres
