We have a steel pipe chimney from a wood burning stove straight up through the ceiling and a corrugated iron roof. There is a leak and despite our efforts to trace it cannot find the cause. After putting sealant on possible locations on the corrugated iron, now think the problem is with the chimney.

Wet Wet Wet - Please fix my roof

I have some leaks in 2-3 parts of a roof that appears to be due to a lack of flashing at the point of a vertical part of the roof meeting a horizontal part. During certain wind directions, the water appears to pool in this area and leak. Two areas of the roof will need to be removed and put back after sealing this area. I have a thermal imaging report of the zones to be attended to.
