large flat roof (about 130 m2) with existing butynol covering - needs renewal Suggestion is; My staff remove air con units on flat roof, Contractor lays 17.5 mm tanalised ply over toal area pinning to old ply roof under existing butynol, then lays 1.5 mm black butynol over all roof, 3 sides to be up lapped to existing walls around roof, one side into gutter Contractor needs to look at job first, but job is reasonably easy. I am retired civil engineer / builder myself. for non Queenstown contractor I can accommodate your staff for 5 or 6 days in house close by for duration of job cheers n get back to me for discussion Barry
