We have an extension on a room, during a recent downpour noticed a pooling on ceiling, touched it and hand went through the gib. Look as though must have had a leak for a significant amount of time as it just crumbled. We think the roof material on the flat extension of this room is rubber sheeting. Looking for someone to quote asap ( preferably after 4pm) to repair the exterior issue and make watertight. 2 story house.
