Heavy rain at our rental is causing roof to leak and track into bedroom through window area. Water is splashing in and soaking window sill and carpet as if someone has a hose on it. Two storey house. No idea of cost to repair, it just needs fixing please!

Alex was prompt. His communication was excellent concerning what he thought had caused the roof leak. He took photographs of what the problem was and how he had fixed it. I rent the property and he was more than happy to communicate his findings with the owner. I don't know the cost as Alex dealt directly with the owner. Very pleased.
