Replace rusted window flashings with new stainless

Hi there, i have 9 window flashings I'd like replaced with stainless ones before i carry on and paint the house, I am assuming that means some of the cladding will need removing so I'd like that refixed with stainless too if it can be saved or replaced if not, might need some of the timber fascia(?) On one side of my house the decramastic metal roof tiles along the edge have rusted very badly, looking at cost of getting these replaced - looks like about 7-8 of them, also have a rusty valley. Only noticed because I pulled my old gutters off before getting new ones put on. I think rest of roof is ok, so keen to get someone to have a look and see if I can get a bit more life out of it before needing a full roof replacement. Hoping someone can do this repair without damaging my new gutters! PS...
