Garage Roof Fix
Job description
Garage roof leaks. Need it checked out to see what needs to be done to fix it. Roof has slumped slightly in 2 places. Back wall and one side wall is concrete block. Sidewall nearest road is wood frame clad with asbestos concrete panel cladding - this side is most affected by leaking, and needs assessment to see if wall has to be replaced before roof can be fixed. I may want to install one or two skylights. Roof is 7.62mW x 6.1mD, corrugated steel.

Gary's an upfront guy, he turns up when he says he will and does a great job. The job is taking longer than expected, but that is due to factors like a stretch of bad weather. He explains what he's doing and why, and why it cost extra when He saw what was under the old wall cladding. I'm really happy with the job he's done with my garage wall.
