Outside deck has slight problem in corner. The covering is a rubber membrane which will require lifting slightly then reseal after repair.

Replaement of section of house roof

We need to replace this section of roof at front of house. Rest of house is in decent condition, but this part was missed when previous owners replaced it. The plastic roofing in conservatory is in good condition, however it is leaking in a couple of places where it meets roof section I want to replace.Plastic roof ( I have been advised) is a couple degrees angle too flat, so water may be collecting. WIll therefore need decent flashing in between (or open to other advice on what we need to do...

Re surfacing a 125m2 decramastic roof

We need to have our roof re surfaced. The pitch is 15 degrees and it is about 125 m square. I'm told there isn't any rusting of the tiles yet. The roof is 40 years old.

Replace Roof/guttering

We have a leak in our roof/guttering. We are not sure if we need the whole roof replaced or not. It is a flat roof with gradient and parapet walls. The floor area of the house is approx 95sqm. The guttering which needs replacing is asbestos. The fascia board also needs replacing as it is rotten in places. The capping on top of the parapet walls also needs to be replaced. At the moment we would just like quotes, however the job will need to be completed asap.

Re-Roof Garage, Thanks to heavy showers and lots of leaks. Will need the existing roofing removed, purlins packed up in increase fall which is about 1? at the moment. Re-roof with new iron any type considered, including barge flashings and a fire wall flashing. Approx size 6m x 3m with 400 overhang. Quotes only needed at this point as we will need to save up the money
