Reroofing one unit in Waterloo - Lower Hutt.

I’d like quotes to have roofing iron replaced at 4 Avon Street / 14 Bauchop Road. These are two semi-detached units (one building) on a corner section (corner Avon/Bauchop). The units’ roofs were originally flat (I am guessing) but now have an iron roof built over. The roof over one unit is in good condition, guessing perhaps about 7-8 years old. The other seems past its use-by-date, and needs replacing. Also, while the section that has the new roof appears sound, there is some poor detailing at the parapet junction. The new flashing over laps old parapet instead of underlapping. I think we need a new parapet flashing for the whole perimeter to be folded to cap the parapet and skirt out over the new roof.
