Restoration of concreate tiles roof - no leaks in the roof.

Hello, I am looking for someone who can do roof restoration at a reasonable price. the basic requirements are 1. moss treatment 2. replace any broken tiles 3. repointing of ridges and barge caps 4. do a double coat of roof paint including the penetrative sealer and apply acrylic membrane.
