Have a roof leak in my living room roof. Will also need all old roofing screws and flashings changed Full Re-screw of roof as old fixings are starting to fail -Full rust treatment of every old fixing hole before new roofing screw is installed -Full rust treatment of rusted iron -All penetrations will need back tray flashings installed as the old lead flashings are failing and water has started to pool on the aqua seals. -New aqua seals on all penetrations -Replace two sheets of iron. Sheets are covered in silicone and fixings are compromised (See attached photo)
