Hi I am looking to purchase a property in Stokes Valley, confirming this week. It was built in 1973. It has decramastic roof tiles with no sign of any current or previous leaks. The roof size is approx 144.65sqm. I understand that these roofs can be treated and sealed to prevent rust and further loss of stone chip. What would be the approx cost to treat and do this on a roof of this size? The house is two storeys high. Thanks, Grant Thoms
