1st job. Had new skylight installed a few years ago and noticed a few months ago a wee split in paint on ceciling on one of corners ,today noticed drips of water on tiles so got up and pressed on crack and water came out . 2nd job . Noticed water comming down from flue after heavy windy rain ,(years ago had seal put around meal plate on roof which holds the flue .
